The room was really nice and fancy, decorated beautifully. Plus, they had a wake-up call service, which was pretty sweet. 🌟 Also, the location was awesome - super convenient as we could walk to all the places we wanted to go easily.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and exceptional. It has decent staff at the reception desk. - the location is exceptionally nice, only 3 miles from Bird and Reptile Park. - It is nestled in an entertainment area not far from the casino with a restaurant.

My recent stay at Meropa Casino in Polokwane was amazing! The reception area was beautifully designed and created a great first impression. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed and a good-sized TV. The shower pressure was fantastic and the pillows were nice and soft. I also appreciated the variety of food in the breakfast pack when I had to leave early. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the tranquillity of the hotel, located in a quiet area, yet easily accessible from the freeway. The hotel facilities were excellent, complete with fun activities for both adults and children. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the room service was top-notch. Breakfast was scrumptious, and the staff was friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable.

Secondly, the staff was amazing, from the efficient receptionists to the chilled-out security guys. They really made me feel welcome. Guests can have a chill experience and enjoy their stay.

The hotel was in a great location close to key tourist attractions and had a lovely breakfast with friendly chefs. The staff were exceptional and provided great service during my stay. I especially liked the comfortable bedding and towels in the room.

There were a few areas that could have been improved. the room lacked sufficient seating areas to work comfortably, and the limited number of plug points made it difficult for me to charge my electronic devices.
